New Cordless Nailer
Tacwise, manufacturer of professional fastening tools, has introduced an 18G nailer.
The Ranger 40 18G is for cordless fastening and is able to handle seven nail lengths from 15-40mm; it will retail from £129.
The Ranger 40 18G features a narrow nose for greater access into confined areas and discreet fixing. The nose is fitted with a detachable over-moulded rubber surface protector for preventing indents on softwood.
The nailer has a capacity of 105 nails and a viewing window. The gear box and 18v NiCad battery will drive up to 1700 fixings from a single charge (1.7Ah battery only).
The nailer has a built-in spirit level and an integrated LED headlight, as well as a safety-lockable positive trigger.
